To guarantee the time and professional of your choice, please schedule your appointment at least two weeks in advance. Walk-ins and last minute reservations are welcome if there is availability.
If you are running more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, your service may be shortened or rescheduled to ensure that our professional's day runs smoothly and other guests after you are not inconvenienced.
We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. Cancellations and “No Shows” leave gaps in our schedules that cannot be filled without timely notice. This notification courtesy enables us to schedule another client and, in turn, maintains a higher availability of services for you as well as others.
If you find you are unhappy with a product purchase, please return it within 14 days after sale date and we will be happy to offer a full refund or an exchange. After 14 days we will no longer accept any returns or exchanges. All travel size, nail products, skincare, makeup, and clearance purchases are FINAL.
Everyone at Ciao Bella Salon prides themselves on providing you with exceptional service and quality customer care. All of our stylists are professional, educated, experienced, and will provide you with the best service possible.
Service prices listed online are starting base prices. The price of your service may vary from the listed price based on the service(s) you receive, as well as the length of your hair. Payment for salon services is expected to be paid at the time of service.
Consultations for all hair, nail or eyelash services are offered free of charge and are highly recommended for first time clients and for chemical services. During the consultation, should there be any previous over-processing due to prior chemical services, heat damage, or any other issues with your hair that may affect the outcome of your hair service, you will be made aware before your service is started.
We do not issue refunds on salon services. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify the salon coordinator within three days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the initial service, adjustments are made available to you at no cost only with in the two weeks of the initial service.
At Ciao Bella Salon we want to provide you with a relaxing salon experience, peace and quiet are essential elements. We ask that you please silence all electronic items and that only children being serviced are present.
Our prices do not include gratuities. Industry standard for gratuities is 15%-20%, but the amount you leave is completely at your discretion and greatly appreciated. Cash grautities are preferred.
